Hey, I’m Kristin. Mom of three, dog lover, and trainer since 2014.

I'm a lifelong realist when it comes to fitness. I don’t do toxic fitspo or fake perfection. I believe in strength, simplicity, and building a body you can actually live in.

I live just outside Grand Rapids, MI and have spent the last decade helping people get strong from the inside out. Early on, I realized people needed more than just workouts—they needed support, strategy, and someone in their corner.

That’s why I created this membership: to bring the same results-driven, no-fluff training I give my in-person clients to you, wherever you are.

My mission? To help you feel confident in your body, clear in your mind, and strong enough to chase whatever lights you up.

How do I access the membership?

You'll have all the tools you need all in one place- hosted in the My Coach App, including the community chat.

Is there a guarantee or refunds?

I understand that there are a lot of fitness apps on the market that over promise to what they deliver, for that reason I offer a *14 day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you don't think the KJFIt Membership is perfect for you. I'm simply one kind email away should you wish to cancel.

After that, while I can promise to show up for you, I can't guarantee you'll do the work. Because of that, there is no specific results guarantee. However, if you think there's anything missing, message me and I'll build it for you. Once you pay for the month, there are no refunds.

Why Full Body Workouts?

I absolutely believe that full-body workouts are the most efficient and effective way to attain a lean and strong body.  Full-body workouts might require a paradigm shift if you’re used to do doing body-part splits, or even an upper/lower split like a lot of people do. Like many people who first learned training from bodybuilding magazines back in the day, I started with body-part splits, then moved to an upper/lower split after a few years, then switched to full-body workouts about 10 years ago and never looked back.  

For one, it allows you to train each muscle more frequently, but because the volume is relatively low in each given workout, you shouldn’t experience as much soreness after each workout. And, for people who don’t have a ton of time to devote to doing additional cardio, or for people who just don’t like cardio (*raises hand*), full-body workouts are more metabolic so you get more bang for your buck.

What Kinds of Workouts Are Included?

Full Body Strength Training Workouts that take approximately 30 minutes. There will be 3 each week, updated each month. The workouts each week are the same, so that you can focus on progression and improvement during the month. " You can choose to do 2 or 3 depending on your schedule and lifestyle. Workouts are gym based, with video and written instructions on each movement, as well as substitutions if you are training at home with minimal equipment.

What if I already train with you in person- would I still benefit from joining?

YES! I've not had any trainees who haven't needed or wanted more support, guidance, accountability and help navigating challenges outside of the gym. Fitness doesn't exist in a vacuum- or inside the walls of a gym. The workouts we are already doing together in-person, but all the other stuff you need to succeed is here too.

Do I need a gym membership or certain equipment?

If you have access to a full gym with free weights and a variety of machines- this is the ideal situation for advanced or serious trainees. However a well equipped home gym is perfectly adequate. If you are a beginner- a few sets of dumbbells is great to start with! Once you start seeing success, you'll probably want to purchase more equipment for your home or branch out to a gym.

Is this really worth $97/mo?

Can I ask questions in the membership?

Yes! The community chat is for YOU to plug in daily with other members inside of the membership.I will not be giving personalized coaching, as this is a group membership. If you do need some 1:1 help, you can always book at Power Hour call for $99, or upgrade to the 12 week 1:1 Be Strong Transformation Program for high - level 1:1 Coaching when you are ready (if there are openings, I only take 4-5 at a time).
